MapleInvoice is provided by Joel & Nanz Inc. We collect only the data needed to deliver invoicing, payments, and customer communications. Your data stays in your tenant and is never sold.

What we collect

• Invoices, customers, payments, and files you upload.
• Product usage and diagnostics to improve reliability and security.

How we use it

• To provide MapleInvoice features, support, and security.
• To send essential notices about your account and invoices.
• To meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud requirements.

Data location & security

Data is stored in Canada-based infrastructure where possible. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access, and audit logging for administrator actions.

Sharing

We only share data with processors needed to run the service (email delivery, payments) under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your choices

• Export or delete your data by contacting support.
• Limit marketing emails via unsubscribe links; service emails remain required.
